How To Take ProBiotein

Eating Fiber Daily

The American Dietetic Association (ADA) recommends that adults eat a minimum of 20 to 35 grams (0.70 to 1.23 oz) of fiber per day. But American adults are only getting roughly 50% of the fiber they need – about 12 to 18 grams (0.42 to 0.63 oz) per day. ProBiotein adds about 3 grams of additional dietary fiber daily for adults.

Kids should eat an amount of fiber equal to their age plus 5, so a 4 year old should eat 9 grams (0.31 oz) daily. Yet American kids often get only 20% of the fiber they should. ProBiotein adds about 1.5 grams of additional dietary fiber daily for kids.

Ancient humans ate 50 to 75 and even up to 100 grams (3.5 oz) of fiber per day. So getting too much fiber's not a big worry. All of us can, and should, eat more fiber. It's been a natural part of our human history.

ProBiotein tastes...healthy

It Tastes . . . Healthy

ProBiotein is a granular non-GMO powder. It has the taste of whole grains. Because it's a granular powder, we recommend you add it into food or beverages. You can take it any time of day, with or without meals. The daily amount can be taken all at one time, or in portions throughout the day. There are no sweeteners, artificial flavors or anything artificial added. Just whole, natural goodness, which tends to taste, well, natural. And healthy.

Getting Started

Adults should start with 1 level teaspoon (1 tsp) per day, for a week. Then take 2 tsp per day, for a week. Finally, in the third week and ongoing, take 3 tsp (3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon) per day. Children 3 to 12 should take half the daily amount. If you experience any trouble in taking the daily amount, take half the recommended amount and increase slowly over time.

Best Bread

One nationally recognized bread expert tested ProBiotein by adding it to his bread mix and commented, "This is the best tasting bread I have ever eaten." That was exciting news. Great taste and healthy too. So try experimenting. Substitute 3 Tablespoons (3 Tbsp) for an equal amount of flour in bread mixes, or do the same with 1/4 cup in muffin mixes. Enjoy.
